As we mentioned in the first part of this report (see Global Problem PartI), in every country, rich or por, the story is the same: There are not enough nurses. But, while the developed world meet their demands with nurses trained abroad, the developing countries cannot compete with better salaries, or a better professional development, or the excitement offered in these places.
