a) Collection:
Participates in the definition of data collection instruments to be used by the various regional agents in charge of this task.
It enables the officials responsible for collecting information about the use of instruments and procedures of reporting burden.
Permanently attends such agents in technical and operational aspects of the procedure moving to different regional headquarters if necessary.
Systematically coordinates the activities of the sector with the processing of information
b) Information Processing
Designs and implements the processes of loading and validation of data obtained in the process of collection.
Validated through on-site audit, quality and relevance of the information obtained. It is responsible for loading in a timely manner of all the data collected.
Issued preliminary reports regularly or on demand, according to the needs and requirements posed.
Take part in the determination and permanent adjustment of the technological means used to fulfill the objectives of the sector.
